KAOSIUNG METRO STATION

The project is a subway station building in Kaohsiung, the second-largest city in Taiwan. It consists of a three-story underground concourse and 12 large and small exit structures. The four main exits are located at the intersection of two major streets and highlighted with the 140-meter-diameter circular plaza and the 50-meter-diameter pond in the center. The intersection is where a historical event broke out, and the design of the main structures symbolizes its memory and significance.
